Inventory Update

My manufacturer had some problems. His mill motor was going out (spinning slower and slower) and also the extra aluminum plates he ordered hadn't arrived. He's restarting production and should be finished by the end of this week with a batch of 900+ units. Those of you that have emailed me I will let you know a day in advance. I'm thinking of signing up for constantcontact.com so I can get the notification email sent out to everyone quickly... otherwise I might not be able to get through replying to all the emails in one night!

So I just wanted to keep everyone updated. Yes, the stands are being made. (I'm also working with another manufacturer to get the stands produced on an even larger scale). Those of you who are able to order one of these next batches that are milled... well I wouldn't go as far as saying "you're lucky" ... but these first few batches are really labor intensive. They are cnc milled in batches of just 30 at a time!

  2. Quite a few people have advised I do the same, but I didn't want to accept a bunch of orders and then make people wait an indeterminate amount of time due to unforseen issues... I'm just a dude (with my wife) working evenings mailing these out from our little apartment!

  3. Well, dude! I appreciate your considerations, and I'm happy you're getting the quality issues ironed out ... that's responsible. But I can't stay up till 11:00 on Oct 15 'cause I have to work the next day. I'd just as soon you do like every business does ... produce to firm orders!

    P.S. Dude, you got a great product here. Your apartment will be getting bigger soon. Super chops on getting out there first with an idea anyone could have.
